It is with deep regret that we announce the closure of Autism Camp Australia. 

Due to recent changes in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and the policies set forth by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), we are no longer able to continue offering the full-family camp model that has been at the heart of our services. 

The evolving landscape of funding, coupled with new operational requirements, has placed significant constraints on our ability to provide the same level of care, support, and activities that our community has come to rely on. While we have explored every alternative and worked tirelessly to find a sustainable solution, we have reached the conclusion that, without taking on unprecedented risk, we cannot find a way forward that will allow us to continue our current services. 

We understand the impact this may have on any current or potential carers and volunteers and we thank you for your understanding and continued support. We share in the emotional weight of this decision, and we are deeply saddened by the necessity of this closure.
